Craig Gugel
Craig is President, CEO and Founder of Atlantic Analytics, Ltd. (formerly Manhattan-Pacific Multimedia, Inc.). Previously, he was Executive Vice President, Worldwide Analytics & Strategy at Interactive Market Systems, a division of The Nielsen Company. Prior to IMS, Craig was EVP and Director of Strategic Insights at Optimedia International a division of Publicis' Zenith Optimedia Group. Earlier in his career, he worked as Chief Research & Media Services Officer at Organic Online, Inc., an interactive marketing services agency. He came to Organic from Bates Worldwide where he was Executive Vice President - Director of Media Resources & Research, heading up the department that was responsible for interactive consumer research, media research, online planning, buying and new media publishing for such global accounts as Avis, EDS, Estee Lauder, Clinique, Wendy's, Pfizer, Hyundai Motors and ChevronTexaco. A respected leader in the field of research, planning and media analytics, he is also a past member of the ARF Board of Directors and the AIM Advisory Board. A graduate of the University of Windsor in Ontario, Canada, he has over 25 years of research, planning and media analytics experience having also worked for the New York offices of McCann-Erickson, Foote Cone & Belding and Bozell Jacobs Kenyon & Eckhardt. In his spare time, Craig is an adjunct assistant professor in the Advertising & Marketing Communications Department at Fashion Institute of Technology, a division of the State University of New York.

Paul Gugel
Paul is Vice President, CFO and General Counsel of the company. He has been a corporate law attorney since 1983 and a Certified Public Accountant since 1979. He is President and Founder of Elite Staffing Strategies, Inc., a consulting practice specializing in process improvement over outsourced labor. Paul was previously on the legal staff of Kelly Services, Inc., a worldwide supplier of supplementary staffing services. Before that he was Assistant Tax Manager for Dart Management Corporation, holding company for the plastic drinking cup manufacturer, Dart Container Corporation. Paul began his career with KPMG Peat Marwick, the CPA and consulting services organization. He has a
BBA from the University of Michigan, an MBA from Michigan State University and his law degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the American Institute of CPAs.
